“It is incredibly hard to explain the impact FSN has had on my life. Cliché maybe – but the impact is life changing. For so many different reasons, I feel I made it. My hope is that my words will spread positivity and help give FSN what they need to continue to change lives… just like they did mine.”
To partner with individuals and communities to eliminate violence, abuse, and oppression in Teton Valley. We see a world without gender-based violence.
We're taking steps to get there.
In Idaho, an average of 5,556 incidents of domestic violence are reported annually. This equates to 1 incident every 88 minutes. Domestic and sexual violence are not the problem of a particular race, religion, economic level or location. There is not one community that is immune. Believe it. It happens here, the same as it happens everywhere. FSN helps over 300 valley residents annually. They are your friends, your neighbors, your co-workers, your family. But FSN is not only dedicated to helping victims; even more importantly, we strive to change the culture of abuse. Through awareness campaigns and outreach, we aim to make our valley a zero-tolerance zone for domestic and sexual violence. Please help us to help each other.
